2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1 Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Quotations are based on information provided at the time of assessment
- Prices may change if project specifications are modified after quotation
- Free quotations are provided for standard residential and commercial installations
2.2 Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice

3. Orders and Contracts

- Customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to installation areas

5.3 Installation Completion
- Customer inspection and sign-off required upon completion
- Final payment due upon satisfactory completion
- Any defects must be reported within 7 days of installation
6. Warranty

- 15-year warranty on roller shutter materials and components
- 5-year warranty on motors and electrical components
- 2-year warranty on installation workmanship

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

9.2 Customer Content
Any content, images, or information provided by customers may be used by HOMIC for marketing and promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
