We can usually install your custom-made roller shutters within 1–2 weeks. Our production
facility operates continuously and installs multiple shutters every week. For urgent installations,
please discuss your requirements directly with your project representative during your
appointment.
We always aim to connect them as soon as possible, but this may not always happen on the
same day. Our licensed electricians handle all electrical connections with great care and may
experience scheduling delays, especially during bad weather. Typically, electrical connections
are completed within five working days after installation.
Special or non-standard colours require additional powder coating time, usually adding 4–5
extra days to production. You will be given an estimated completion date when placing your
order, and we do our best to meet it.
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order to begin production. We accept cash,
cheque, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners — surcharges may
apply). Unfortunately, we do not accept EFT payments. The balance is due one day before or
on the day of installation. Please speak with your representative for more details.
Yes. During installation, our team tests each shutter and sets the open and close limits correctly.
